Ideas for a teen gym in a public high school?
I am a highschool student, bouncing around ideas for a new gym in the School. I plan with monthly hands-on, active volunteer projects think (horticulture), and healthy food at club meetings, held weekly town serving is. I'm short on ideas, as if the examination in the meetings. I have thought to compare the nutrient and calorie density of healthy foods VS Junk Food. I also share other interesting details of the nutritional info that I am in health magazines. What other measures could keep the things alive? If someone has food ideas for some fun games (or more general ideas for club meeting) that motivate young people to, well, I would be thrilled them to look into. Although I could this in the diet and fitness, vegetarian and vegan society of the target is not set for the promotion of students to lose weight or go vegetarian.
I think foodstuffs is to replace junk food, but still tasty would be an interesting activity
